About The Artist

Hi and thanks for checking out my page! I’m a visual artist based on the beautiful South Coast of New South Wales.
Acrylic painting, watercolour and drawing are my fave things to do, and my business, South Coast Creative, serves to share my work with you and all art lovers!

A big inspiration for me is the outdoors, so natural elements of plants and animals often feature in my work.

The joy of painting for me lies in the use of colour and texture to convey a deeper connection to the subject that I’m working on. Some colour combinations can be just magical, and can take a painting from one you like to one you absolutely love!

Acrylic painting is my latest love, and anything botanical frequently features in my work. The sky’s the limit with colour when you paint, so experimenting with different colour ways is part of the enjoyment of expressing yourself through paint!

Art for kids rooms

When it comes to decorating children’s rooms, it’s great to get a balance of whimsy and fun, with a piece that stands out for individuality and artistic flair. Animals are always a winner, and getting a colour palette that allows for a piece that your little one can grow with!

Art classes

Sharing creativity is a real passion of mine. Artistic expression is good for the soul, and through my art classes and workshops, I have witnessed the fun, wonder and good vibes that creating an artwork can bring, especially for those who have had little art experience.
